Abandoned and shunned by his society with his own father leading the charge, Ibrahim (pbuh) was buried under the depths of loneliness. But his voice in that moment reached the One who never left him.
After his own people snatched away his dignity, Ibrahim’s (pbuh) plea to Allah was answered with a promise that would reduce the humiliation of this world to nothing.
After he lost his connection to his own father, Ibrahim made a du’a that produced the nation that would uphold the connection to Allah for generations to come.
As Ibrahim (pbuh) delivered Hajar and Isma'il to the barren desert of Mecca, he prayed for his family and for that lifeless valley that would soon become a flourishing, protected city.
