Each episode follows visits to various local restaurants, businesses, and ethnic enclaves, providing a myriad of unique perspectives and experiences from the vibrant flavors of this rapidly growing faith-based community.
From family-owned restaurants passed down through generations, to fresh and exciting new mainstays that attract critical buzz, we’ll reflect on the food, people, and histories surrounding these places, highlighting the traditions of the past and shining light on newer contributions in the developing cultural and culinary landscape of Muslims in America.
